Sorry I have been MIA this week. We brought this little guy home last week and our world has been turned upside down– in a good way!
But anyway, wanted to share a very cool FURNISHED rental option that just came back on the market. If you are a long time reader, you may remember seeing pictures of this place. The last time I rented it out, it went within a week or two. This swanky two bedroom, two bath is beautifully decorated and is steps from the U Street metro. The second bedroom is currently being used as an office but it can be furnished for a bedroom upon request. Lastly, It’s a corner unit so it gets tons of beautiful natural light.
At the rate some one bedrooms are going, $4000 for a furnished two bedroom sounds like a steal. There is parking available for an additional fee. The building is secure with a full time front desk attendant and there is a lovely roof. If you can’t swing this, forward to friends who are new to the city or perhaps here on a project and didn’t want to lug all their stuff up here for a short period.
