A ton of great opens this weekend. I had a very hard time narrowing down the list. Before diving in, I wanted to share a few more picture of my favorite open house this weekend: Work of Art Two Bedroom in the Gallery Condominium building on Corcoran Street for $648,500. First of all, location. Corcoran Street is perhaps one of the most charming street in Dupont. Hello, curb appeal.
The unit is located in a small condo building with a sweet side entrance.
Most of all I love the the aesthetic. I love how the design sticks to a neutral color palette but incorporates an array of textures. Note the slate fireplace, painted exposed brick, and some paneling. It appears as though each inch of space is maximized. How stunning is this small but mighty kitchen?
