We are looking to rent the downstairs of our condo, which lives as an entirely separate apartment starting May 1 or earlier. We are located at the corner of Fairmont and Sherman St NW, a short walk from Columbia Heights and Shaw metros, and near a huge variety of bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and other shopping and entertainment.

We are looking to rent the unit starting May 1 or earlier for $1800 a month including all utilities (electric, water, gas, and, yes, even high speed wi-fi).
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets or smoking of any kind in apartment / on the property. Looking for a responsible, mature tenant interested in a great value in one of the best locations in DC.
