It is an 8 min walk to the Eastern Market Metro Station (Blue, Orange, Silver lines) and a short walk to Trader Joe’s. The apartment has free street parking, back patio, and shared backyard, as well as your own washer and dryer. This is a first-floor apartment with a front door located inside the building. The apartment has central heating, A/C, and a working fireplace. Water bill is paid by owner so you would only need to pay electric, gas, and internet. The property is managed through Yarmouth and you will need to fill out an application and be approved through them – this would be a 1-year lease.
