Yesterday, I shared an article that identified the top neighborhoods for bidding wars in DC. Deanwood and Brentwood were the top two neighborhoods for multiple offers in June. Curious to see the homes you missed in Brentwood and Deanwood last month? I was too.
For those of you unfamiliar with these neighboorhoods, Brentwood is in NE, adjacent to the Rhode Island Ave metro (red line) and in between Rhode Island Ave and New York Ave. Deanwood is also in NE, across the Anacostia River, adjacent to the Deanwood metro (orange line) and borders Maryland.
