Historic Sears Kit Home in Woodridge: $619,000

I have a confession to make. When my current owners bought me, they had no idea that I was a historic, original, Sears Kit Home from 1926! They thought they were just buying a charming home, with original finishes (trim, moldings, baseboards) and original floors, that they could modernize over time and make their own. It wasn’t until after the current owners (one of which also happens to be the listing agent) moved in and started fixing me up, that they learned of my story.
