Other nearby attractions include Moreland’s Tavern, several corner stores, a farmer’s market (on Saturdays), and plenty of stores and restaurants on Georgia Avenue. It’s a quiet, mostly residential neighborhood with a short commute to downtown DC and Silver Spring. There are four bus lines (S2/4, E2/4, 70/79, and 52/53/54) and a BikeShare station within three blocks of the condo.
About me, the landlady: I have been living in this condo since I bought it 8 years ago and have loved it. I am moving because my husband and I have just had a baby and we need a little more space. I will be managing the property myself, so you won’t have to deal with a big property management company. I will respond to any communications promptly.
Rent is $1375 and can be paid via venmo or paypal. Heat, water, and wireless internet are included; gas and electricity will be paid by the tenant (typically less than $50/month combined with moderate use).
