What makes it great: For the price, I would expect this place to be much smaller. 450 square feet is plenty of a space to work with. Best of all, the kitchen is in a completely separate room. The kitchen has been recently upgraded with granite countertops and stainless steel appliance. The bathroom has been recently remodeled as well. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and a fireplace. Pets ok.
Why you should think twice: This area is safe and quiet but not really part of a neighborhood. Both Glover Park and Cleveland Park are a solid 15 minute walk. The apartment is carpeted.
