What makes it great: It’s tough to find a studio of this quality in Northwest DC, much less Dupont Circle. The kitchen has granite countertops and new appliances. Hardwood floors extend into the spacious closet. The bathroom looks clean and fresh. I love that there is a window in the bathroom. The building is smaller. U Street, Dupont, and Adams Morgan are all within walking distance.
Why you should think twice: I usually don’t like open kitchens in a studio. However, the kitchen is so nice that I probably wouldn’t mind looking at it.
