What makes it great: Located in the heart of Columbia Heights (ignore the map in the Craigslist ad), the beautifully remodeled apartment in above commercial space. It’s not often that I come across apartments above commercial space so this is a nice surprise. The living area and bedrooms appear to have hardwood floors. I especially love the large windows. The bathroom is shared but has been recently remodeled.
Why you should think twice: No pictures on the kitchen. Living above commercial space could get noisy. Be sure to see exactly what kind of business is downstairs.
