What makes it great: This is Capitol Hill at its finest people. There is historic charm, a fireplace, and beautiful hardwood floors. I also kinda love the paneling on the wall with the fireplace. The kitchen is a little narrow but I suppose workable. I love the boutique feel of the building and the location is undeniably fab.
Why you should think twice: No central air and the washer and dryer look ancient.
