What makes it great: I have been watching this place for a couple of weeks now. This place is a cluttered mess (no offense to the current tenant), but sometimes you have to look beyond the mess. This is a true one bedroom with hardwood floors in an awesome location. There is even a parking option for only $95! This is definitely a situation where you have to consider the possibilities and see the big picture.
Why you should think twice: It’s hard to see the space’s potential. The unit is on the third floor and this older building is likely a walk-up.
