What makes it great: There are a few things that make this english basement stand out from the crowd. The obvious first is the price. For two bedrooms, this is a steal. The kitchen has been recently renovated and has a very light and bright feel. Another bonus is the security system. English basements can be a great deal but I always worry about how secure they are. There is a washer and dryer in unit.
Why you should think twice: It is hard to understand layout from the pictures. Where are the bedrooms?
