What makes it great: This place needs a little love but price, location, and square footage are totally worth it. First of all, this is a true one bedroom. Second of all, it is within walking distance to Dupont, Adams Morgan, and U Street. There is a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. As you can see from some of the pictures, it is definitely possible to warm this place up and make it feel like a home. Cats ok.
Why you should think twice: Tile can be hard to warm up, rugs will definitely help. Based on the bars on the window, I’m thinking this unit is on the first floor.
