What makes it great: I can’t decide what I like most about this place: the outdoor space or the location. Both are on point. I love the built-in hang out spot out front. This is the perfect spot for gathering with friends and people watching. There is also a brick patio in the back that could be utilized for parking. Technically this is an english basement but there is a huge bay window completely above ground. This will make it brighter than other units.
