What makes it great: I am a big fan of Dupont’s West End. Easy access to both Dupont and Georgetown, makes this a desirable part of the city. This is a studio that has potential if you look past the clutter. This person is clearly in the middle of a move. Note the hardwood floors, bay window (overlooks a garden), and the separate kitchen (with a dishwasher). Located in a converted row house, there are only 7 units in the building. This is a great example of boutique living in downtown DC.
Why you should think twice: It looks a little dark which is surprising because of the big windows. I think opening the space up and getting rid of the large pieces of furniture will make this place far more attractive. Not available until July 1.
