What makes it great: I am a sucker for a white kitchen. This newly renovated two bedroom condo is in a building just off of Dupont Circle. This is a building I would usually pass up but this renovation makes it worth a second look. With so many options for rentals these days, I am glad to see Dupont stepping up their game. It used to be that the neighborhood could command high rents for dated apartments. Those days are gone and now we can reap the benefits.
Why you should think twice: 700 sq ft isn’t a ton of space for a two bedroom.
