What makes it great: This ad was posted just 24 hours ago and they are already having an open house tonight, February 29th. The level of urgency seems unnecessary but maybe the owner knows he or she has a hot commodity. There are some red flags. The square footage has to be wrong. There is no way you can fit two bedrooms in 600 sq ft. Based on the renovations and mention of private balcony, this place definitely seems undervalued. If this isn’t a total scam, my guess is that this place could be more of a one bedroom with a small den. That would make much more sense given the upgrades and price point. However, you never know until you look.
