I am weary of ads titled “Exceptional Capitol Hill Location.” As we all know, “Capitol Hill” means something different to everyone and the neighborhood’s boundaries seem to be ever expanding. Beware of ads that begin, “In the heart of Capitol Hill” because you could end up as far east as Stadium Armory or Potomac Ave. I was lucky enough to come across two charming apartments today that are actually in the heart of Capitol Hill.
