This is absolutely unheard of anywhere in the city and especially Georgetown. What makes this apartment even more special is the working fireplace. There are thee large closets, two are walk-in. There is central air and heat. All of the allure of Georgetown is only a few blocks away. Cats ok.
Why you should think twice: Working fireplaces are awesome but you need to think about maintaining it. It can get messy. The kitchen is dated and the carpet in the bedroom is a year old.
