What makes it great: I am keeping my fingers crossed that this studio isn’t tiny. The ad describes the unit as a “large studio” but where is the bed? It’s easy to fall in love with this place. It has three amazing features: hardwood floors, bay windows, and a fireplace. Though the fireplace probably isn’t functioning it makes the room. The kitchen is isolated, great for studio living. The ad even claims there is a washer and dryer in the unit! All of this in booming Logan Circle seems all too good to be true. Pets ok!
Why you should think twice: Like I said this place could be a shoe box. The apartment has been on the market for a while so that could be another red flag. Someone will need to investigate.
