Y’all know how much I love my building. Right now we have several vacancies. Studios start at $1685 and one bedrooms start at $1894– all utilities included! That is a tough deal to beat for lovely Kalorama/Adams Morgan. The Craigslist pictures kind of suck but you can get a sense of the space. The units have high ceilings, huge windows, hardwood floors, and amazing views. Amenities include card operated laundry (welcome to the future) and a killer rooftop that seems to always be deserted.
