What makes it great: You may remember the feature I did on Chatham Courts not too long ago. I mentioned that I looked at a studio but shared pictures of the two bedroom. Here is a studio! I remember the studio was an average size but the soaring ceilings made all of the difference. There was a small foyer so you didn’t walk right into the bedroom (can’t guarantee this is the exact same unit). The kitchen is in a separate room and nicely updated. Chatham Courts is perfect combination of old and new.
Why you should think twice: Like I mentioned before, this is more of a standard size studio, around 400 square feet I am guessing.
