What makes it great: Dupont’s West End has the perfect combination of accessibly and exclusivity. Both the Dupont metro station and Georgetown are within walking distance. I rarely find charming places like this in the West End. Most of what I find in this area is more cookie cutter. This studio breaks the mold with it’s beautiful hardwood floors and lovely fireplace (not functioning). I also love the large windows.
Why you should think twice: The layout is a little bit strange. The only bathroom is through the kitchen and there doesn’t appear to be a ton of closet space.
