I recently subscribed to Prince of Petworth and honestly, I wish it hadn’t taken me this long to do it. They are a great DC neighborhood news source. They also have rental listings! Last week they featured an updated version of a DC crime map, created by one of their readers. Not only can you see hotbeds for crime in DC, the map even show the type of crime that was committed. This is not meant to scare anyone out of moving to DC or a new neighborhood within DC. Crime can happen anywhere and staying alert is what is most important. These are just the facts.
