What makes it great: This place is the perfect combination of modern upgrades with historic charm. I love the decorative fireplace in the living room. I would have liked to have seen it without the paint but it does give it a fresher look. Nice upgrades include a washer and dryer in the unit and a modern sink in the bathroom.
