What makes it great: Though small this is a very livable space. I am a big proponent of separate kitchens in studios. Some prefer open concept because it doesn’t break up the room. This kitchen is a good compromise. There is clear division between the spaces without breaking up the room. My favorite feature is the large dressing area that is open to the bathroom. This creates an element of privacy but the dressing area isn’t cramped. Above all the studio is ideally located, close to downtown and countless bars and restaurants. Bonus- there is a rooftop pool. Pets ok.
Why you should think twice: The apartment is on the smaller side and you don’t know what the view is like. I’m assuming this in an apartment building. It would be nice to know which one.
