What makes it great: The Washington House is an historic building a mere block from U street. What is particularly nice about this building is that it is on 16th street but not right on the road. There is some greenery in the front that makes it feel less urban. The building has concierge service, a small gym, and a rooftop deck. The studios are not large but they are all you need. The unit pictured is nice because the kitchen is tucked away. It looks a little bit cramped but I think reconfiguring the furniture would help. Pets ok.
Why you should think twice: The studio is on the small side but for the price, you can’t really complain.
