What makes it great: In a lot of ways, this condo is the best of both worlds. You have the Columbia Heights convinces and metro nearby, but you also have the more historic feel of Adams Morgan nearby. I also like the combination of a modern space with a more rustic outdoor area. The small wooden porch is an awesome feature. Inside the floor plan is very open with hardwood floors throughout. The appliances are brand new and there is a washer and dryer in the unit. There are two bathrooms making this a great place for roommates to share. Pets are considered.
Why you should think twice: The second bedroom looks tiny. My guess is that this place will go quickly. You will likely be one of many fighting for it.
