What makes it great: I am so nervous to post this place. This is either a great deal or a huge scam. All of these features for this price don’t really make sense. However, the risk of wasting your time is worth it if this place turns out to be real. There is a marble fireplace, exposed brick, hardwood floors, and 10 foot ceilings. Please be real!
