What makes it great: This studio has two things going for it: space and amenities. 500 square feet is on the larger side for studios. For $1400 a month it would be difficult to find a studio at this price, especially one where so many of your utilities are included. Rent also includes access to the building’s gym, several rooftop patio spaces, and an outdoor grilling space. Other studios I have seen in this building are carpeted. The building is making the transition to hardwood so it would be a good idea to jump on these deals now before the price goes up.
Why you should think twice: Woodley Park has a very neighborhood-y feel. However, it can get touristy because of its proximity to the zoo. Also, some of the apartments face Connecticut Avenue so you could get some traffic noise.
