What makes it great: I am so intrigued by this floor plan. It’s not quite a studio but not quite a one bedroom. This interesting foyer area could serve many purposes. It could be a cozy siting area, a study, or maybe even a little dining area. Whatever you chose, it is nice to have some separation between where you sleep and where you hang out. However, bear in mind that it is a SMALL space. I am also a sucker for old, historic buildings like this one. Even better all your utilities are included.
Why you should think twice: This floor could be just too small. You will have to see it in person to see if it can really work.
