What makes it great: You can’t get closer to Georgetown than this. However, when I looked at the Google street view I ended up inside a store. Maybe these apartments are above a store front? What makes this a good find is that it is a true one bedroom. It also has nice updates like a washer and dryer in unit. Though small, the design makes a good use of space. As you can see the kitchen is confined to one wall and is open to the rest of the room. Definitely a lot of potential in this space.
Why you should think twice: I hate that I can’t see the street on Google maps. The apartment may feel too small with the separation between the bedroom and living area.
