What makes it great: Located on the corner of 14th Street and Columbia Road, you cannot get closer to the conveniences of Columbia Heights. This apartment is particularly bright due to all of the windows. The hardwood floors and cabinets are light, adding to the effect. Other bonuses include a washer and dryer in the unit and a private balcony. Also, I’m a big fan of the kitchen island with seating- no need for a dining area!
Why you should think twice: Holy lime green walls. It looks like the second bedroom is a nursery. That means it may be a small room. Roommates will need to share the bathroom.
