What makes it great: Located a bit north of Adams Morgan, The Lanier is tucked in a quiet neighborhood. The building is smaller and older but based on the pictures, it’s been nicely updated. There are shiny hardwood floors and a dishwasher in the unit. The balcony looks small but still a great option for fresh air.
