What makes it great: There are several thing about this studio that I find intriguing. First of all, there may or may not be a skylight. It looks like there is some kind of cutout in the ceiling. This extra light and extended ceiling height would be a huge bonus. The designated sleeping nook is also a nice touch. However, this could be limiting. I like the built-in shelving next to the sleeping nook. It’s nicely constructed and functional. Again, this could be limiting when it comes to decorating and layout. Both the kitchen and the bathroom have nice finishes. The location cannot be beat. Pets ok.
Why you should think twice: The square footage is not listed. This could be a shoebox but the pictures make it appear spacious. This is definitely worth checking out. I’m also not sure what the laundry situation is in this building.
