What makes it great: If you want a true city experience why not consider a studio? This one is large at 500 square feet and has nice finishes. My favorite touches are the two chandeliers. I also love the pedestal sink in the bathroom. Overall this has studio has great views and is in a quiet neighborhood, close to the metro.
Why you should think twice: It’s a little bit pricey and not everyone is looking for a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen looks tight.
