What makes it great: There has to be a catch. This is a spacious, beautifully crafted two bedroom on U Street. There are exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, and arched windows. The bathroom is huge and nicely renovated- love the sink. There is a washer and dryer, not clear if it is in the unit, and access to a shared backyard. If this 1000 square foot apartment is the real deal, rejoice because this is the deal of the day.
Why you should think twice: The kitchen is dated. This could be why the apartment is priced so low. However, I would go through this place with a fine-tooth comb just to be safe.
