What makes it great: This listing threw me for a loop. There were two addresses listed: one in Foggy Bottom and one in Georgetown. I had to do some serious Google mapping to track down this place. Good news is that it is in Georgetown, 35th and R to be exact. It is a true one bedroom with hardwood floors. Safeway is three blocks away and the heart of Georgetown is only a short walk.
Why you should think twice: Georgetown is full of these small, older apartment buildings. They are great finds when it comes to price but they lack some basic amenities like central air.
