What makes it great: When I read a post on craigslist that begins with the phrase, “don’t miss this,” I immediately think “Yeah, right.” Thank goodness I took a chance on this Glover Park one bedroom. Located on the second floor of this cute rowhouse, this one bedroom has a ton of perks. Perks include high ceilings, pocket doors, hardwood floors, washer and dryer, and a private balcony.
Why you should think twice: It is not clear if the washer and dryer is shared. The post mentions a granite kitchen but no pictures to prove it.
