What makes it great: Tucked away on Chapin Street, this condo is an easy to walk to both Columbia Heights and 14th Street Corridor. Before you completely fall in love with this modern pad, you have to remember that this is not a true two bedroom. Many roommates make this layout work but that will come with some compromise. The open floor plan , high ceilings, and tall windows will make this place feel bigger than it is. The apartment has nice upgrades like stainless steel appliances, bamboo floors, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
Why you should think twice: The unit is on the first floor. I don’t really like the glass blocks. I guess it helps with first floor privacy issues. Again, this is not a true two bedroom. No pets allowed.
