What makes it great: Literally constructed at the turn of the century, 1905 to be exact, this Dupont apartment is a rare find. It was well crafted and appears to have been well maintained over the last 100+ years. The apartment has hardwood floors, a built-in bookcase, and french doors leading into the den. This den may work as a second bedroom but it’s hard to tell. Overall, both bedrooms look small. This isn’t surprising given the time period it was built. The kitchen has been completely upgraded into a chef’s dream. Pet’s ok.
