What makes it great: I am embarrassed to admit that I gasped when I saw this listing. It is SO cute. Located on the second floor of a historic, converted townhouse this one bedroom has so much charm. I immediately fell in love with the fireplace. It is antique and gorgeous, though probably not functioning. The bay windows bring in natural light. I also love the vintage black and white tile. If I was in the market, this apartment would be mine.
Why you should think twice: Though it is listed as a one bedroom, there are no pictures of the bedroom. I hope that this isn’t a scam. Also, don’t love the carpet or window unit but there are definitely more pros than cons.
