What makes it great: Finding a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment for a reasonable price can feel impossible. Not only does this apartment fulfill the criteria, it is located in Georgetown. Better yet, the duplex design in a rarity in DC. I personally love the design because it eliminates the apartment feel. The unit has been recently remodeled. Though small, the kitchen has new appliances. It is located in a small boutique building.
Why you should think twice: The building is older so there is no central air. Georgetown is not metro accessible.
