What makes it great: Let’s be honest. Basement apartments can get a bad rap. I have seen some really bad ones but there are a few good ones. This one is a good one. The biggest selling point is that it does not feel like a basement. There are big windows, hardwood floors, and exposed brick. There is even a cozy fireplace (not sure if it works.)
