What makes it great: This apartment has four entrances. It’s absurd. The upside is that if you are living with a roommate, you two will rarely see each other. There appears to be a front entrance, back entrance, and each bedroom has it’s own entrance. There are also two bathrooms so you won’t run into each other there either. If you want the feeling of your own place while sharing the cost, consider this place. Exposed brick is just another bonus. This guy also has some other listings on his site that may be worth checking out.
Why you should think twice: With so many doors, I would make sure that ALL were secure.
