What makes it great: You may have come across this listing in your Craigslist searches. $2150 for a two bedroom seems way too good to be true. Guess what? It is. Don’t get me wrong, I really like this building and its location but these apartments are definitely better described as one bedrooms with dens. The second bedroom is tiny and not very private. It is ideal if you want a designated space for guests or a small office. After visiting with clients, I figured I would share the info! Again, still a great deal if you are in the market for a one bedroom with a little bit of bonus space. Awesome rooftop too!
Why you should think twice: Better as a one bedroom than a two.
