What makes it great: This is the best price I have seen in Dupont in awhile. It’s a small space but not a depressing space. Pictures indicate that it is on the first floor. That explains the lower price. Inside the space appears clean, updated, and even a tad charming. There is even a walk-in closet.
Why you should think twice: Though the ad says the studio is on the quiet side of the building, there is always a risk of noise on the first floor.
