What makes it great: If you are looking for something with a little historic appeal, check out this Bloomingdale rowhouse. How can you not love the Victorian architecture? The basement apartment has been recently renovated. It has an open layout and access to a shared backyard. There is also a garage but I don’t think you can park there. I think they are just letting you store a bike in there. Kind of a bummer but it’s better than nothing.
