What makes it great: The price for this area is a steal. However, the reason I like this studio is because of its architecture. Oftentimes studios are just one boring square of a space. The sloped ceilings and alcoves give this place the character that many studios at this price point lack. The kitchen is nicely separated and the hardwood floors are in good condition. The apartment building is unique and boutique-y.
Why you should think twice: The location is iffy. I say this because a busy gas station is just a block away. There may be more late night activity than you want. No central air.
